    Fit Tip: Food Motivation
 
Not everyone loves fitness. Just about everyone loves to eat, though. If you are one of those people, make food your motivation to workout!

If you want to eat more than your daily recommended calories (2000), then calculate those extra calories and how much it will take to work them off. For example, if you eat a bagel with 200 calories, then you can plan for 20 minutes on the treadmill at a decent pace.
